Office Hours with USPTO
Have a burning patent or trademark question? Get your individual questions answered during our drop in office hours with the USPTO!
The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is the federal agency for granting U.S. patents and registering trademarks. The Rocky Mountain Regional Office (RMRO) of the USPTO is located in the Byron G. Rogers Federal Building in downtown Denver. We are an extension of the USPTO’s Alexandria, Virginia headquarters, bringing services and resources to our region. Our goal is to promote innovation and stimulate the economy by connecting entrepreneurs to government resources, supporting students and teachers through collaboration with local science, technology, engineering and mathematics organizations on outreach and educational programing, gathering feedback from regional stakeholders, and recruiting diverse talent from the region. Staff in our offices also work closely with intellectual property practitioners and services, startups, and job-growth accelerators.
