Zing Credit Union recognizes and respects the privacy of its members and other users of its website resources. We are committed to protecting information on and within our website resources with the same safety and confidentiality standards utilized in all Zing Credit Union transactions and interactions.Zing Credit Union is committed to making financial products and services available that will enable you to meet your financial needs and reach your financial goals. General Use: As a general policy, Zing Credit Union does not automatically collect personal information from users of its website resources. Zing Credit Union does collect and store information on the domain a user uses to access its website resource, the Internet address of the website from which a user links to the credit union’s website resource and the date and time of the visitor’s visit to the credit union’s website resource. This information measures the number of visitors to its resource and the route a user travels while within the credit union’s website resource to serve website users better and improve design and site navigation.

Online Forms: Zing Credit Union provides several online form resources (i.e.: loan application, new account application, contact forms) to better serve the needs of its members. Personal information provided by a user via any of the credit union’s online forms is used by Zing Credit Union only to process the member’s request for service. If the user is concerned about the security of transmitting this information via the Internet, the user is encouraged to contact the credit union directly at 303-573-1170 or transmit the information via another resource.

Email Communication: Personal information transmitted to Zing Credit Union may be used by credit union staff to respond to inquiries for service or information or improve the service the credit union provides. Since email communication may not be secure against interception by unauthorized individuals, users may want to seek alternatives to email, like secure messaging available within online and mobile banking, when it is necessary to provide sensitive or personal information. Likewise, the credit union will not transmit sensitive or personal information that can compromise or violate a user’s privacy when communicating via e-mail, unless sent securely where the email is encrypted.

Chat: Zing Credit Union may provide real‑time chat features, secure chat, or automated chat tools to assist members with questions, support, and account‑related interactions. By using any Zing Credit Union chat service, you agree to use it only for lawful, respectful, and appropriate purposes consistent with your relationship with the credit union.

When using chat services, you agree not to:

Defame, abuse, harass, threaten, or violate the rights or privacy of others.

Share or transmit inappropriate, obscene, unlawful, infringing, or offensive content.

Upload or send any material containing viruses, corrupted files, or malicious code.

Impersonate another person, misrepresent information, or remove or alter legal notices.

Advertise or solicit products, services, or promotions unless the chat specifically permits it.

Conduct surveys, contests, chain letters, or similar schemes.

Zing Credit Union is not obligated to monitor chat activity; however, we may:

  • Review, moderate, or remove chat content at our discretion.

  • Disclose chat information when required to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

For your protection, do not share sensitive personal information (such as full account numbers, Social Security numbers, or passwords) in chat unless the conversation is conducted within a secure, authenticated channel.

Video Banking: Video banking allows you to communicate with Zing Credit Union representatives through real‑time video. When participating in video banking:

  • You consent to the use of audio and video during the session.
  • Zing Credit Union may verify your identity visually as part of authentication and security procedures.
  • Video sessions can be recorded.
  • You must not display inappropriate, unlawful, threatening, or offensive content on camera.
  • You must ensure your environment does not expose sensitive personal information that you do not intend to share.

Co‑Browsing Disclosure: Co‑browsing allows a Zing Credit Union representative to view your active website session to provide support. During co‑browsing sessions:

  • Representatives can only see the specific browser tab or page you authorize.
  • Representatives cannot view unrelated tabs, desktop files, notifications, or content outside the co‑browsing window.
  • Representatives may highlight or guide navigation but cannot control your device unless explicit consent is provided.

Zing Credit Union may send SMS messages for account alerts, security notifications, two‑factor authentication, marketing messages (if opted‑in), and general communication. By using Zing Credit Union SMS services, you agree to follow all applicable laws and the conditions listed below as well as what is included in your account disclosure and membership and account agreements.

SMS messages should be used only for receiving authorized Zing Credit Union alerts, responding to secure prompts, or communicating as directed by the credit union.

You agree not to use SMS services to:

  • Send harmful, abusive, defamatory, or unlawful messages.
  • Distribute malware, phishing links, or fraudulent content.
  • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate Zing Credit Union or any other person.
  • Harvest phone numbers or attempt to collect personal information from others.

Zing Credit Union may:

  • Suspend SMS communications to any number engaging in prohibited activity.

  • Zing Credit Union will never request full account numbers, full Social Security numbers, passwords, or PINs via SMS. Members should avoid sending sensitive information by text message unless explicitly directed to a secure channel.

Privacy of Children: This site is not directed to individuals under the age of 13, and we request that these individuals do not provide personal information through the site.
