Amy can handle many of the simple things that used to require a phone call to a live representative. You can ask her about:

Before Amy shares any account-specific information, she’ll verify who you are. You can authenticate using one of these three methods:

    Member Number

    Last 4 digits of your Social Security Number

    A one-time passcode (OTP) sent to your Personal Cell number on file

Frequently Asked Questions

  • You can use Amy by calling our main number at 303-573-1170 and selecting Option 1 on the phone menu.

  • If you’re already a member, you can find your member number in online or mobile banking. It appears as the first set of numbers in your account number (before the suffix). For example, in ‘XXXXXX-0000,’ XXXXX is your member number. If you’re new to Zing Credit Union, please call 303-573-1170 or visit any branch location.

  • When prompted, please enter your full member number. Example: If your member number is 0000999999, enter 999999.

  • No, Amy isn’t a replacement for our live agents. She was created to give
    members quicker support for common questions.

  • Yes. If you’d prefer, you can ask to speak with a live agent during business hours.

  • Yes. Amy is available to help with support outside of regular business hours.

  • Yes. Amy follows Zing’s strict security protocols to keep your information safe.

  • Amy may ask for your account number and the last four digits of your Social Security number to securely verify your identity. However, Amy will never ask for your full Social Security number, debit or credit card number, PIN, online banking password, or one-time verification codes. If you’re ever unsure, hang up and call us directly at 303-573-1170.
